Abstract Submission Deadline: February 15, 2024 at 6:00pm CET
All those interested in presenting abstracts at the 20th EADO Congress are invited to submit their work to the Program Committee for review. Selected abstracts will be chosen for an oral presentation during the free communications sessions or as e-posters for virtual consultation. The acceptance of an abstract does not include the congress registration. Authors must be registered for the congress before March 18, 2024 in order to present their work.

Patient Privacy / Clinical Photography
Photographs should at all times protect the privacy and identity of the subject. Eyes should be blacked out. The source of the photographs must also be declared if not the property of the presenter. This is to prevent the use of photographic material without permission.
Oral Presentations
Selected abstracts will be chosen for an oral presentation during the free communications sessions.
Poster Presentation
Abstracts selected for poster will be presented as Posters during the congress.
Instructions for Preparation of the Poster:
Suggested dimensions for your poster are DIN A0 (approx. 84 cm wide x 119 cm high) and DIN A1 (approx. 60 cm wide x 84 cm high), portrait format, in English language. Please allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
Text, illustrations etc. should be large enough to be readable from a distance of two meters.
Poster Setup and Removal
Posters should be mounted on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 between 08:30 and 10:30 am. You will receive further information about the precise location (number) of your poster on-site at the poster exhibition area. Removal of the posters is possible on April 6th from 11:30 onwards. Posters left on the boards will be discarded and will not be mailed to the presenters after the congress. Sticky tape to attach the posters is available; Velcro and thumbtacks are not needed. However, staff will not be available to assist you in mounting your poster
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts which will be available for download on the congress website and in the European Cancer Journal (ECJ).
Registration
Please note that the acceptance of an abstract does not include the congress registration. The presenting author must be a registered participant, otherwise the abstract will not be reviewed and waived from the program.
